DESCRIPTION OF THE MATERIALS INCLUDED IN THE “CLINKER PLUS” KIT AND THEIR APPLICATION
The Klinker Plus kit is delivered as a set of components made up of materials and accessories according to the order specifications. The Klinker Plus kit consists of a decorative finishing material (flexible tiles), an auxiliary material (repair mortar), and an adhesive mixture (grout adhesive).
“Component No. 1 – Flexible Tile” is a decorative finishing material that is a mandatory component of the “Klinker Plus” kit. These small-piece tiles are a flexible, lightweight, and vapor-permeable material used in industrial and civil construction for new buildings and renovations:
1. For interior wall decoration, except for bathrooms, kitchens (backsplashes), fireplaces, and fireplaces. For bathroom and kitchen walls, choose tiles with a smooth surface that are resistant to chemicals according to the AA (AB, AC, AD), PEI I-II resistance ratings. Fire-resistant tiles with a “T” (thermal resistance) rating are required for finishing fireplaces and stoves.
2. For exterior cladding of structures with façade thermal insulation (structural class A3).
3. For finishing enclosing structures used to protect, highlight, frame an area, or connect buildings into a single architectural ensemble, such as walls, fences, wattle fences, hedges, and other similar structures made of concrete, aerated concrete, foam concrete, brick, or stone.
Flexible brick/flexible clinker is certified in accordance with Ukrainian building standards.
Appearance:
Flexible clinker tiles / Flexible bricks have the appearance of natural clinker tiles. The surface of the flexible tiles is matte and slightly textured. These handcrafted tiles are painted on the inside, and each tile has its own unique design. The manufacturer’s catalog lists tiles by color, pattern, texture, and format. The appearance of the flexible tiles is approved in the design documentation for the prefabricated system, in accordance with the ordered tile samples displayed at the customer’s stand or on the façade.
Depending on the format, the thickness of the flexible tiles varies from 2-4 mm to 4-6 mm. They weigh 3-5 kg/m², so finishing with flexible tiles can be comparable to finishing with lightweight plaster, where the thermal insulation is reinforced with a protective layer with a recessed fiberglass mesh.
Technical specifications:
– Water absorption coefficient – 0.06 kg/m² per hour
– Vapor permeability – 0.01 µ, mg/m*h*Pa
– Flammability class – G1 or NG (two material types are available)
– Tensile strength – 13.8 MPa
– Frost resistance – from 75 cycles
– Weather resistance – 25 years
Flexible tile composition: quartz sand, iron-oxidizing pigments, polymer composite. Some products are sprinkled with marble chips and reflective glass spheres.
“Component No. 2 – Repair Mixture” is an auxiliary material for flexible tiles, ordered in the “Klinker Plus” kit as needed:
– Finishing house corners – this is a mandatory component, sealing the joints of corner elements or the ends of flexible tiles where they come into contact with other finishing materials.
– Repairing/restoring flexible tiles – this is a mandatory component, covering up dirty and damaged areas on the flexible tiles.
The repair mix has the same composition as the flexible tiles: quartz sand, iron-oxidizing pigments, and a polymer composition. The repair mix is flexible tiles in a liquid (not dried) state. The color of the repair mix after drying matches the selected color (or color combination) of the flexible tiles, according to their nomenclature in the manufacturer’s catalog.
Packaging: 1 to 20 kg in plastic buckets.
“Component No. 3 – Adhesive-grout“ is a dry, hydrophobic, colored adhesive mixture, PB-186. It combines flexible tile adhesive and joint filler in a single application. Component No. 3 is a required component of the “Klinker Plus” kit.
The colored adhesive mixture, PB-186, is used on rigid horizontal and vertical substrates (concrete, cement, cement-lime mortar, brick, etc.), as well as on drywall, fiberboard, aquapanels, and other materials. The adhesive mixture has highly hydrophobic properties, making it recommended for surfaces exposed to constant weather conditions: building facades, balconies, terraces, basements, etc.
PB-186 adhesive-grout has strong adhesion to the substrate. Thanks to its elasticity and thixotropy, PB-186 adhesive-grout is easily applied to the surface without spreading.

In the FAQ – video section you can get answers to your questions about flexible bricks/flexible clinker.
HOW TO GET SAMPLES OF FLEXIBLE BRICKS
You can view samples of flexible brick/flexible clinker and adhesive-grout at the manufacturer’s office or visit our dealers at the addresses listed in the “CONTACTS” section.
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENTS
The manufacturer develops custom tile samples based on the original bricks provided. Sometimes, the manufacturer may consider creating new tile samples from photographs, provided the primary colors are listed using the NCS catalog number. Please note that the color number in the online catalog may not match the actual color due to monitor settings. Our technologist uses only the original NCS catalog.
The manufacturer receives a €100 deposit for developing samples. This deposit will be included in the purchase price when placing an order, and the price of the custom tile will be the same as the standard price. The minimum order quantity for custom designs is 500 m².
